I disagree, I believe this is the most true and pure version of the song, and the one with the most beauty. But I guess I'm in the minority.

It seems that nobody has commented on it anywhere that I have found, but the 25th anniversary of Tom's death happened recently on November 19, 2008.

so desperately sad - can't help but think of Pete's family and friends of Badfinger. This song must illustrate the worst abuse that bands were exposed to in the past (and probably the present). A good Swansea band (with help from Liverpool).
