carlos mencia is awesome and hillarious he does not steal jokes that is bs i mean there are tons of jokes that commedians do that have been dne in past joe rogan and billy cosby also heard jokes from other ppl and used them even maby from other comedians but changed a few things and ppl dont reliaze that its the same carlos is awesome and no one should diss him

Thats fine, but he has stolen many other bits from other great comedians. Bill Cosbys joke about football players thanking their moms was clearly stolen.

Its different though. Its true the Simpsons have done every thing you can do with a tv show, but this is different. Stand up comedy is not the same. You can only think of so many plots for a sitcom. Stand up comedy should be driven from individual thoughts and observations. It is possible for two comedians to think of the same idea, but when he has the same idea as several great comedians, he is not just coming up with the same idea. He is obviously steaing and he isnt even that funny.
