peeps the grenade didn't land in his back side pocket ok? It does explode within a range w/great force. He was obviously still w/in that area. I know a guy that the cops could not take down w/a Taser but he was probably doped up too.

You might be surprised. Some people react unusually to pain. A kick to the testicles just HURTS a lot--and some people can shrug that off, especially people who are totally jacked up on certain drugs. Tasering physically prevents you from acting. But only if it actually gets into your skin properly, the gun doesn't fuck up before or after the shot, and the current is neither too weak or powerful enough to kill you. It has serious issues.
