I'm going to write President Obama a letter explaining why a legislature should be introduced to have settlements from police brutality cases come from the Police Retirement Pension Fund and not from The Tax Payers. This way, if corrupt cops new that they would have to $ pay for their crimes, then maybe cases like Rodney King would be a thing of the past and better screening would prevent the Mark Furhmans of our country from becoming Police Officers.
