One category not mentioned here is the design itself. Such as, "Make it more... uhh ...design-y". Seriously, I'm not kidding, I have heard that verbatim. I also hate the idea of adjective concepts. One of my favorites is 'make it look fresher.' WTF does FRESHER mean??This is getting sent around to everyone in the graphics and marketing departments first thing Monday morning.

Beyond the Font-a-lizer, Drop Shadow Ointment, Brilliant Glow Shine, and Clip-Art Generator already mentioned, I think the package also really needs a good Animated GIF and Flash Gel for those really subtle websites. And don't forget.. a Random Buzzword Creme would be great, too.Otherwise, I'm not sure people would be getting their money's worth.
