I usually count things, like steps, and stuff like that. Like I count when I go up steps to 12...then I start over. Then with the deodorant thing, it's 3 swipes under each arm....3 sprits of bodyspray...I count to 10 seconds before waking up when I hear the alarm clock...I have numbers...but it's a different number for each thing. lol

OCD- symptoms are recurring obsessions or complusions that disturb the person, or interfere with day-to day living as seen within this clip..Individuals with OCD are compelled to preform a certain ritual over and over again, we know this ritual is unreasonable, but feel anxious when the ritual is not completed.. one of the most common compulsions is handwashing... im studying psychology. thought i'd share... i wasnt aware i had OCD until i took psychology

I have OCD and i havent been diagnosed, I didnt even know that I had OCD until saw that episode of "Scrubs" in which Michael J fox guest appeard as a Doctor who suffers frm OCD and I said damn I got the same probs.
