I have a problem, i was syncing my zune but suddenly that same screen at 1:14 appeared and I thought it was rebooting , but it has been like that for 5 hours and it doesn't respond , tried to reconect and it still doesn't respond what can i do???

hay my friend buyd a zune 8gb and whaen he conneted to the software to open everthing that happend so i think that is a video intro to the zune

Ignore that part about the "screen saver" - I've never seen that again, and I don't really know WHAT it was.- Jason

Microsoft doesn't optimize their products for people that don't know how to take care of their hardware. I'm guessing you left it in a place for it to overheat.
