Heart disease symptoms may develop if you smoke, are obese or inactive, have a family member with symptoms of heart disease or have a poor diet. Symptoms of heart disease can be eliminated with a healthier diet.

Diet can reverse it. See Atkin's and any other low carb guru....or if you prefer, see Dr. Dean Ornish's vegetarian diet.

Rare at a young age, though the process starts in us all when we are born. It's more of a problem as we get older and diet is the only preventative plan.
