Closest thing to photoshop is GIMP I would recommend using that instead.

ey bro i no how to to do it correctly.ok insert ur memory stick . then make a folder in it that says "ps3" then go on that folder and make a folder in that one that says "theme" not "themes" it will work trust me

Ok, thanks for the tutorial. I have got as far as putting them on the ps3. I go to themes and the themes folder is there. When i press install and i select my memory card it says no themes found. I have created the PS3 Folder with sub folder THEMES and placed the .pstfile in but still no theme found on ps3 when trying to install.Please help
