I prefer Sujata brand or laxmi. Try wallmart for tawa

Manjulaji, please let me know which brand of Atta you use and where do you buy the vessels. i have tried lot many recepies of yours and they have been successful. my husband is very happy he loves north indian dishes a lot. We are grateful to you. Thanks HAPPY NEW YEAR:)

I suggest starting off with 1:4 ratio (flour:lukewarmwater) and then gradually adding little water until the dough is 'soft' (not mushy). Eventually, you will get a hang of it.
