That was bart allens cousin not his sister. And barry allen is his grandfather...sooo how would that make them brother and sister? Barry and Iris have two kids, and those two kids have a child of their own, One is Bart and the other is Xs, cousins.

She hasn't become the Flash yet. She's Bart's cousin and a member of the Legion of Superheroes. Her name is Jenni Ognats and she works under the name XS.

There is also a femal flash, the daughter of Barry Allen and Bart Allens sister, but I forget her name.My fave though is Wally. Hes always just funny.

The third Flash was Wally West. In order, the Flashes were Jay Garrick, Barry Allen, Wally West, and finally Bart Allen.

Theirs different versions of The Flash. Your just use to watching Justice League on cartoonetwork. They use the Wally West Flash version.
